Location: Boston, MA.
Our company is looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager who will see a candidate through all phases of the recruiting life cycle. The Staffing Manager will ensure successful placement, negotiate offer terms & conditions, and source/screen candidates.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Source potential candidates using multiple sources such as, internet, referrals, social media, direct sourcing and advertising.
Effectively match candidates to current and future job requirements
Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates.
Manage expectations of the clients requirements.
Preparation with candidate before interview to ensure a successful interview process.
Provide feedback after the interview was conducted.
Negotiate terms & conditions of all offers to candidates.
Attend job fairs and outside recruiting events as part of your sourcing and candidate development plan.
Strong communication skills
Must have 2 plus years of third party recruiting experience
Must have excellent job stability
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of Bullhorn or other Applicant Tracking System/Customer Relationship Management system
